Shipwreck
poem
Snow falls in my mind, but it has not reached the ground. There are snowflakes, wandering 'round and 'round, swirling in my mind, I cannot get them out. Days long past, and women I once knew, soft snow and icy dew, clinging to my heart. I cannot make them stop, I do not want them out. When the snow melts, I find that my memory, runs to the sea, tumultuous, there is something, down below, that wants to be free. My heart sunk there, twenty thousand leagues below, twenty thousand leagues of melted snow.
